Victorian Jewelry Gold Mourning Brooch Photo Lockets Art Deco Mixed Lot 1900s. Lot of Antique Mourning Jewelry & Lockets.
Age - Victorian - Art Deco Period - 70s. Lot Of 7 Items Total. 1 - Stunning Victorian Mourning Brooch. Ornate intricate scroll work frame. Oval Gold Frames Glass pane swivels 360 degrees. Typically there would be a photo or some strand of hair (or both) belonging to a loved one who is deceased, or to remember them by. Round jump ring attached to wear as a pendant + trumpet style pin on backside. Size - 2.25 W x 2.5 H. Some areas of metal wear, rust, patina etc. Pin is not perfectly straight. Glass pane has issues to swivel around as its catches on sides from being out of shape.
2 - Oval Picture Locket - Mono SSS - Front with 3 clear stones in each letter. Backside mono GS (I believe). Inside are two photos photos. Pop out frames to keep photos in place. Jump ring attached on top bale. Size - 1.75 H x 1.25 W. Condition - Patina, metal wear - discolouration. Some stones missing from front mono. Pop out frames are bent and locket wont close all the way most times unless you fiddle with the inserts. 3 - Round Picture Locket Mono on front MLG I believe backside is blank.
Attached round bale at top. Size - 1.25 Round. Condition - Quite a lot of discolouration & black build up especially inside where photos go. Opens & closes - stays latched closed.
4 - Square Book Style Locket photos inside. Beautifully engraved front & back & inside. Size - 1.25 H x 3/4 W. Condition - Shiny & bright for the most part. Area on front there are some letters scratched in. 5 - Round Locket - Half only back half is broken off. Clear plastic film + snap in ring frame to keep in place. Jump ring attached to bale on top. Hallmarks - Pioneer G and another little mark looks like a little stamped picture / hallmark possibly? Size - 1 H x 3/4 W. Condition - Locket broken in half. 6 - Square Bevel Style Locket this one is my fav. Its beautiful Inside are two photos. Bow detail at top bale + jump ring. Intricately engraved on front side and back is not. Plastic windows over each photo. 2 photos of the man (1 more underneath with green paper lining on bottom).
Hallmarks - GF - beside there is a stamp round with letters inside - possibly WPJ? Size - 1.5 H x 1 W.
Locket opens / closes and stays latched closed. 7 - Square Latched Book Locket. Inside is perfume pot - perfume is used and looks old. Intricately engraved pattern on outside.No bale or jump ring. Possible for handbag or pocket use? Size - 1.5 H x 1.25 W. Condition - Perfume residue inside.
Some scuffs, scratches, small dents. Opens, Closes & stays latched. Everything seen in photos will be included. All items are used, antique & vintage.
