Harrach Victorian Blue Enameled POINTILLISM Dragonfly & Floral Art Glass Vase

  

This beautiful Bohemian 19th century art glass vase is blown of cased glass with hand painted dragon fly in flight and blooming flowers. The interior of the vase is a glossy opaque opal white color. The exterior of the glass is a vibrant satin blue colour.

Hand painted with cobalt blue and lilac purple enameling with gold gilt. The hand painted technique used for this floral depiction mimics the artwork style of Pointillism which was developed in 1886 by impressionist artists, Georges Seurat and Paul Signac.
