Victorian Peach Blow Art Glass Tri-shaped crimp Bowl Possible Fairly Lamp Base
Here's a beautiful piece of Victorian Art Glass. This is a gorgeous little Tri-round Crimp. The glass is Peach Blow with a Blue lining and it fluoresces beautifully under a black light. It measures 5" in diameter and 2 3/4" tall.
It is wonderful flint quality as it rings nicely and the weight for it's small size is substantial. The pontil is ground and finely polished. It is most likely European and has the quality of the better glass houses from the Stourbridge area of England. Possibly Webb but it is not signed.
1890's and it is in perfect condition and fantastic color. This unusual shape makes me believe it could be the bottom part to a Fairy Lamp. Photos do not do justice. Any unusual white or dark spots shown in the photos are from camera glare.
