A stunning Stevens and Williams English Satin Victorian 1890's Threaded Cranberry Stemmed Vase. Ornate etching and engraving in a oriental theme. Small areas are engraved looking like blooms on oriental trees. Design done by engraving and etching is a stylized scenic Oriental inspired landscape of bamboos, Florals and Japanese trees. Stevens & Williams often used oriental Japanese patterns when decorating glass. Note the top rim is also Iridescent. The background is Satin frosted glass. Truly a rare and hard to find British Art Glass! This vase also fits the definition of an egg shaped rose bowl. Base is fine crystal in a plain round circular foot. Measures 7" tall & 4.5" wide in the middle of the vase. Top has 6 softly curved crimps- consistent in size and space.

Slight scuffing to the crystal base & one pinpoint sized of threading missing- no additional damage. Please pay with immediate pay.
