Webb Rainbow Spatter Silver Mica Cylindrical Vase Crystal Cased White Lined
This is a scarce example of early Victorian spatter glass. It's a 6 3/4 tall cylindrical shaped footed vase. The applied crystal feet have a daisy design pressed in them. This is attributed to Webb production. The vase is white opal lined. Then marvered in the typical rainbow colored pieces along with silver mica. The piece is cased in clear crystal then blown into a shape mold that gives it thin drapery pattern which resembles an ear of corn. This is a cute and very rare shape to find. It's in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and no mineral deposit or stains inside. Any unusual white or dark spots shown in the photos are from camera glare. This will make a great accessory to any Victorian home. The item "Webb Rainbow Spatter Silver Mica Cylindrical Vase Crystal Cased White Lined" is in sale since Thursday, June 25, 2020.
