Wave Crest CF Monroe Letter Photo Card Receiver / Holder Box Wavecrest Scroll Mold circa 1900s. Monroe Wave Crest letter / photo / card receiver (can also be used as a small planter). Monroe blank glass pieces were made by Mt. Washington as is this piece.
Features beautiful hand painted florals, faint blue border with a scroll design mold and a brass rimmed collar on top and a brass lined bottom. Condition: In very good antique condition with minor damage and signs of age or use. The box has one chip on the corner base which is not visible from the exterior as the brass base covers it (see pictures #8-9). The brass top and bottom have an aged patina with some pitting.
Pictures taken indoors and outdoors to show true colors. If there are any other minor flaws such as with the glass or the painting they are natural from the making. Comes as is/ as made/ as seen.
