Victorian art glass reverse amberina water carafe 7. Glows bright orange under black light. This water carafe features a gorgeous quilted diamond pattern with reverse amberina color. This would have part of a bedside water carafe tumble up set.
Reverse amberina, red to amber from the bottom up. Glows bright orange under black light due to cadmium content in the glass batch. Time period: 1880's Measurements: Height 5 1/4 No damage. There is no etching aka sickness inside.
The water carafe does not have any fractures, chips or impact marks. This is part of my personal collection of glass. So keep and eye out for more glass in my store. I've collected glass from the Victorian period all the way up through the 1970's, Victorian to Mid Century Modern glass.
