Beautiful Victorian Vase in clear glass with heavy gold hand painted enamel design. I believe the piece to be Moser Art Glass, however piece is not signed. There are three scroll feet at the base. There are gold flecks on bottom portion of base. Light signs of previous use should be expected consistent with age and previous ownership. Plz see photos as they are part of this description.
