Victorian floral gilt decorated cased pink to white stick vase, 9 1/2 h. The vase was made in Europe, probably England or Bohemia circa 1890's and measures 3 3/4 inches in diameter, 1 7/8 inches in base diameter, 1 inch in top diameter and 9 1/2 inches in height. It is made of a white opaque glass base cased with a deep pink glass that fades to the white base glass. It has been enameled then gilt. It has a concave ground and polished base. The white base glass fluoresces brilliant green under black light. I would say the vase was Webb, but the white glass base does not have enough of a green cast.
