Victorian Art Nouveau Pittsburgh Lamp Art Pottery Vase

  

This is a neat, old time vase. Is in good condition considering age. Looks like it has some sort of paint or something on the right hand side, a couple places (has a slight roughness to it). I did not try to get it off as I did not want to remove the finish, but leaving it for you to decide. Could be cleaned all over as well.
