Victorian ART NOUVEAU Green Glass STERLING OVERLAY Hand Blown PERFUME BOTTLE
Offering an antique hand blown Art Nouveau green glass perfume bottle with sterling silver overlay circa 1900. Polished pontil on the base. Marked "Sterling Deposit" on the lower band of sterling overlay (the mark is very faint but legible). The overlay is thick, at the time the terms "Sterling Deposit" and "Sterling Overlay" were used interchangeably. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs.
