Victorian art glass black TOP HAT, 7 1/2 h. The top hat was made circa 1880 - 1900 and measures 7 1/2 inches in height, 11 5/8 inches by 11 3/8 inches in diameter and 6 5/8 inches in base diameter.
It has a finely ground pontil. There is a chip leading off of the pontil, high probability it occurred during production. It weighs four pounds and eight ounces. The top hat is in excellent condition and has no damage other than there is a chip leading off of the pontil, high probability it occurred during production.
