Victorian Antique Art Glass Phoenix 8 Maroon White Flakes Dot Optic Pitcher
Here's a pretty art glass 8 tall water pitcher. It is clear glass marvered in Ruby and White Opal flakes. Made by Phoenix Art Glass around 1885.
At well over 100 years old it is a true Antique. No damage or heat checks of any kind. The pontil is finely ground and polished. Ware on the bottom is commensurate to it's age. Very clean inside with no stains or mineral deposit.
There are the normal tiny air bubbles and carbon dirt specs embedded in the glass. Any unusual white spots shown in the photos are from camera glare. This is a real beauty. This will make a great functional accessory to any Victorian home. This vase also glows in 365 UV light due to the manganese content gorgeous collectors piece.
