This is a great vase from the Victorian era. This item is a mini-rose bowl or vase. It was produced by Thomas Webb around 1890.
It is made of Burmese glass which contains uranium and therefore fluoresces like vaseline glass under black light. It is hand decorated with a floral pattern. It is also marked with the Rd# 67648 Thomas Webb, Patented, and Queen's Burmese Ware. Burmese was queen Victoria's favorite glass ware and she had Webb commission many items especially for her.
