Stevens & Williams Applied Flowers Vase Japanese Matsu Noke Design
Beautiful cased peachblow vase with applied decoration stands 11 tall. Displays beautifully but there is an internal fracture near the bottom front right (see detailed condition report & view the photos carefully). Its distinctive feature is the presence of applied and tooled sprays of blossoms influenced by Japanese designs. Carder also used the design at Steuben Glass Works in Corning, New York, in the 1920s. Rough pontil on the bottom. The photos are considered to be part of the description.
