SII 517 Embossed Swirl & Lief Satin Art Glass Miniature Oil Lamp 8 1/2 H MINT
Sellers note: Please note the size, as it is not a very large size compared to most. Similar lamps a much preferred size being mid size. Up for your consideration is this listed. Art glass satin shading goes from deep rose to pale pink, it features embossed swirl design with 3 leaves & is in. After close examination I could not find any damage, other then one tiny black spot (pictured in the 5th photo); it is just that fine of an example!
There are no blemishes worth noting at all, no staining, and no mold problems from manufacturing. The thumb wheel spins as it should but there is no wick currently in the burner. This lamp came directly out of my personal collection. The brass has not been polished.
A couple of reasons why this particular lamp is so wonderful are: the color match between the base & shade is perfect ;also, The top & fitter of the shade have no problems either. The Spar Brenner chimney & shade are of equal excellence & in good working order (no wick is included). You could not find a better example of this lamp!Rare, Rare, Rare & very.
