Presenting an exquisite pair of fine quality Antique Victorian silver rimmed hobnail cut hand blown glass vases dating to 1900. Each of these elegantly shaped vessels has been hand crafted in clear glass which has been masterfully hand cut with a stunning hobnail pattern. The hand cut pattern perfectly follows the sleek contour of the form and magnificently accentuates the stunning sparkle of the glass. Each vase is beautifully finished with a quality sterling silver rim crafted by the renowned Birmingham based silversmiths John Grinsell and Sons in 1900.

There are a few dents to the silver rim of one vessel while the other is incredibly hard to fault. There are some absolutely minuscule fleabite sized nibbles to the very edges of the hobnail pattern at the widest part of the bulbous shaped body evident only on close examination with a magnifier. A good amount of scratching to the quality flat ground polished bases help authenticate these are genuine antique pieces. These stunning vases have been very well cared for and present wonderfully.
