Mt Washington Decorated Burmese Tri-Con Vase
This Mt Washington Decorated Burmese Tri-Con Vase with delicate decorated Forget-me-nots (or Brunnera macrophylla for the plant folks) decor is stunning. This gorgeous Victorian art glass was made by the Mount Washington Glass Company of New Bedford, Massachusetts, circa 1880s-1890s. The company originated in Boston in 1837 as the New Bedford Glass Works. Libbey in 1870 and moved to New Bedford, when the company was renamed the Mount Washington Glass Works. In 1876 it was reorganized and renamed the Mount Washington Glass Company, which was its name until 1894, when it merged with the Pairpoint Mfg. Company, a renown maker of silver. Measures 3.5 inches high. CONDITION: No chips, cracks, scratches, sickness or repairs, it is in excellent condition.
