Moser
100+ year old perfume bottle with stopper bearing the same hand painted. 8 as on the bottom of the bottle as many Moser perfume bottles display.
I cannot guarantee this is a Moser, but it was made very similarly to the Moser bottles I've researched it also bears the markings of being a hand blown piece bubbles and ripples. Heavily and vibrantly painted in Moser style with gold and delicate flowers. Some gold has worn around the top and there is a tiny chip that must have happened before it was painted as it is covered in gold. This lovely piece is from a Victorian estate in the heritage district in our town. The woman who owned it was nearing 90 yrs. Old when I obtained it and I've had it at least 20 years. It truly is a stunning piece. I often wonder of the stories it could tell.
