This is ground pontiled LATTICINO GLASS. The colors are a pink and yellow swirl in the bowl and a pink and more white swirl in the underplate.
The bowl does have a noticeable ring when tapped with your finger. No chips, no cracks, no cloudiness/sick glass, no repairs, no wear issues or heavy scratches. I can offer a PICK-UP OPTION for this item if you are local to Shrewsbury, PA.
