Green Victorian Blown Art Glass Enameled Lemonade Set Fluted Pitcher & 6 Glasses

Pitcher & 6 Matching Glasses (1 As-Is Chip). This listing is for an exquisite Victorian era enameled lemonade or ice water set with six matching glasses. Its hand blown pitcher has a ruffled top, a polished pontil bottom and an applied handle.

Both the pitcher and the glasses are optic paneled on the interior. This gorgeous set has been hand decorated by a talented but unnamed artist. Gold banded borders, white raised relief enameled designs.

Pale green frosted bottoms are accented with more raised relief enameled design and dark green leafed fruit. It was considered the extreme in hospitality to have a pitcher of lemonade or ice water and a beautiful little glass for your guests.

In very nice vintage condition There are no chips, cracks or breaks with the exception of a single chip to the rim of one glass. Enameling and gold banding has some light wear.

The pitcher measures 11" tall with a 4 1/2" diameter base & 5 7/8" across the top x 7 1/2" from spout to handle. Each glass measures 4" tall x with a 2" diameter base & 2 7/8 diameter across the top.
