Fritz Heckert Bohemian Raised Paste Art Glass Tea Cup & Saucer Flower Form
In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It's a different flower form. The underplate is 4 1/2 wide. The cup is 2" tall and 3" wide not including the handle which is mint with no breaks.
A very well done decoration on a rare form.
