The vase is made of cranberry glass with green applied glass. It measures 22.25" tall, and 6" in diameter at the base.
I do not know the maker, but it most likely American. It is in excellent condition, with the exception of a single chip to the inner rim. It is difficult to locate, and clearly shown (to the best of my ability) in the photos. This quote is for the Continental U.
