Vintage Antique E N Welch 1881 Victorian Art Glass Blue Jewel Clock Paperweight. I had this running for about 4 hours at the time of writing and it runs a bit fast. Very good condition for age. Minor scratches as to be expected.

Second hand is missing and dial with numbers will shift off center. I do not have the experience to open clock to secure the dial.

Approximately 3 3/4" tall and 3 3/4" at widest point. Please refer to the photos for a better understanding of condition.
