Here's an unusual Ruby and Vaseline vase that is similar to Rubina Verde, It stands 6 1/2 tall and is in perfect condition. No chips or cracks and no stains or mineral deposit.
Ware on the bottom is commensurate to it's age of well over 100 years of age. Most likely Bohemian in origin and made around 1900. There is no pontil as the vase was obviously worked from the top. The applied notched rigaree spirals around the neck and ads interest to this pretty piece. Any unusual white or dark spots shown in the photos are from camera glare.
