Bohemian Harrach White Alabaster & Gold 14 3/8 Inch Vase Circa 1850-1870s A
Nice mid 19th century antique Victorian era hand blown Bohemian white alabaster glass vase. With gold gilding along the cut rim and gold bands around the knop stop and around the base. The last two photos show a similar shaped cut glass vase and an alabaster glass vase from the book From Neuwelt to the Whole World 300 Years of Harrach Glass.
I've included the second photo from the book since alabaster glass is often mistaken for opaline. Has some wear to the gilding, and some flakes along the base, but otherwise good condition.
Measures approximately 4 7/8 inches wide x 14 3/8 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
