Art Nouveau figural glass platter with valance hand painted 19th c. Victorian

Art Nouveau figural glass platter with valance hand painted 19th c. A magnificent 19th-century Art Nouveau-style platter, consisting of a brass plinth on which is placed a pewter silver-plated figure of two women holding a goblet to which is attached a glass plate with a valance.
The glass is masterfully painted with enamel in floral patterns. The whole piece is approximately 40 cm high and has a maximum diameter of approximately 27 cm. The glass in very good / good condition - only has a micro-chip on the edge of the valance - invisible only perceptible to the touch, hard to photograph. Remains of silvering on the plinth.
The platter has probably been repaired - it has traces of soldering, a thickening near the hand of one of the figures.
