Art Nouveau Art Glass Vase c1900 Frosted Glass Stylized White Enamel w Maroon

Frosted Satin Glass with White Enamel Lines with Maroon Color Satin Finish interior. I can not figure out the maker maybe you can. My guess is that its Bohemian in nature. I have seen this same shape used on Legras vases but I do not believe it to be Legras. The vase is imperfect - the enameled top rim has some shallow chips as shown in my pics.
