Antique Wave Crest CF Monroe Footed Open Dresser Box Wavecrest Scroll SIGNED

Beautiful antique and rare shape C. Monroe Wave Crest rectangular open dresser box (can also be used as a small planter). Monroe blank glass pieces were made by Mt. Washington as is this piece. Features a faint blue border with a scroll design mold and a brass rimmed collar on top and a brass footed bottom. Base marked Wave Crest and The C. Condition: In very good antique condition with minor signs of age or use. The box has a few scratches from age and may need some light cleaning. The brass top and bottom have an aged patina with some pitting. Pictures taken indoors and outdoors to show true colors. If there are any other minor flaws such as with the glass or the painting they are natural from the making. Comes as is/ as made/ as seen. Approximate measurements: 4" tall, 9-1/2" wide, 4-1/4 deep.
