This fixture uses 5 standard-base bulbs (the faceted "cut glass" bulbs shown ARE included - brand new, 40 watt). 35 total height including chain and ceiling mount. You can shorten the height by removing links of chain if desired. Just the hanging fixture without the chain or ceiling mount is 10.5 tall. The ceiling canopy / mount is 6 diameter.
