Antique Victorian Roses Floral Yard Long Oil Painting On Back Glass Ornate Frame
This is an old Victorian 19th Century oil painting on reverse side of glass from old estate of very high end decorations. The frame is 16 1/4" by 39 1/2" and has its original shiny gold gilt. Though someone along time did try to antique the frame and added some darker gold streaks. The frame has a couple small areas of gold gilt loss and touch up to two outer corners.
The glass is old with bubbles and the painting on back side is nicely done. I know painting on glass is very hard and this artist did a nice job. This is stunning in person.
