GORGEOUS, pink and white antique 19th century Victorian Latticino Swirl glass art perfume vial with brass finger chain! Latticino glass is a type of handblown opaque white Venetian glass that is often used to create decorative white ribbon patterns in glass objects. The word "latticino" comes from the Italian word "latte" which means milk. This glassblowing technique was developed in Venice, Italy.

It is in MINT condition, with brass tarnish consistent with the age of this piece (please see photos). Victorian perfume vials were highly prized during the Victorian era (1837 - 1901). Ladies could discreetly carry them in the palm of their hands using the ring attached to the finger chain. This lovely hourglass shaped pink and white swirl bottle measures 2 1/4" in length and 3/4" in width, and has a fully functional brass foliate embossed cast flip top lid. With the finger chain the entire length is 3 1/2 in length.
