Antique Victorian Blue Burmese Ruffled Edge Glass Perfume Bottle Thomas Webb? Today we are delighted to offer for sale a fabulous antique Victorian Burmese glass perfume bottle! This gorgeous, Victorian-era piece, is beautifully crafted and detailed. The delicate perfume bottle is nicely made of satin/opaque Burmese glass featuring blue fading into white, with dramatic ruffled edge with clear ends and matching clear satin glass stopper of naturalistic form. The bottle is nicely hand-painted with a pretty enameled cherry blossom floral design.
Marked on the bottom of the polished pontil with the number "17"; although un-marked the piece is most likely a Thomas Webb creation as evidenced by the design and craftsmanship. This lovely piece will make an outstanding addition to any antique art glass collection. Bottle presents beautifully and is in very good antique condition, with minimal display wear/scuffing and patina commensurate with age. The stopper has a few fleabites to end part that goes into bottle. Please review all photos before purchasing.
