This is a beautiful antique SWEETMEAT dish with a Quilted RUBINA art glass insert - clear at the bottom, changing to a deep pink Cranberry color at the top - decorated with 2 rings of applied clear petal Rigaree - a hand blown piece with a recessed, polished pontil. The dish fits perfectly in the footed epns silverplate frame with a double loop, ball topped handle. Marked : EPNS Measurements : FRAME - 5.25" tall, 5.75"wide, 3.25 wide ring. DISH - 2.5" high, 5" wide.
