Antique French Victorian Mourning Hair Art Ebony Frame Reliquary. Beautiful antique french black framed, hair art sentimental reliquary. Made during the 1870's Napoleon III period. The subject depicted is very original, depiciting a monument to the dead near trees. The glass is convex, it is surrounded by a bronze hoop.
