Antique French Mourning Hair Art Domed Glass Oval Wooden Frame c. It's written Cheveux de Marguerite Robert agee de 61 ans!!! " Hair from Marguerite Robert who was 61 years old".

A little bit of wear on the frame and a few tiny pieces of hair are against the glass inside. The hook on the back isn't original to the piece. The piece is better in person as we couldn't avoid all the reflections on the photos. Size : 7" 7/8 x 6" 5/8. We import French antiques and have a boutique in Seattle called The Curious Nest.
