Gorgeous antique pair of glass vases from the very elegant Art Nouveau era in France. Created by Francois Theodore Legras at the end of the 19th century c 1890.
Absolutely magnificent vases, carrying the characteristics of the Art Nouveau style, floral and plant-inspired motifs , reflecting in the art of that time. Vases " Belfort", as depicted in the book of M. 266 (see photo), not signed, but this is stated in the book that those vases are not signed. Tube shape with wider base, square top and a beautiful violet background. Enamel decoration of beautiful dahlias, lily of the valleys, and chestnut leaves.
