This is a lovely piece of Victorian Art Glass - a 9.5" tall Cased, Shaded PINK Satin Glass (Peachblow) VASE - decorated with hand painted, raised White enamel ROSES and a Bird on the side giving the piece a "cameo look! The base has a recessed, polished pontil - marked with a hand written number'19' in black, otherwise unsigned - Maker & country of origin unknown.
