TS Victorian Blue Striped Vaseline Opalescent Candy Dish in Silver Plate Stand
Victorian Blue Striped Vaseline Opalescent Candy Dish in Silver Plate Stand! We will be listing many treasures that are extremely rare over the upcoming weeks from our own collection. This is a fabulous Victorian era candy dish complete with its silver plated stand. The bowl is superb and quite rare because of its vertical striping around the sides. We believe this was produced by Thomas. Webb as he was one of the few glass makers that could produce the color blue. The bowl has a polished pontil. The stand is marked 02125/0 and JD & Co. The stand is also marked EPNS-electro plated nickel silver.
