It is decorated with 3 Hand Painted enamel BIRDS and tiny multi-colored dot flowers surrounded with gold tracing that beautifully accents the piece. It is presented in a double handled, urn shaped Quadruple Plate Silver frame with a square base made by James W. Tufts of Boston - circa 1890's.
