Antique Victorian Venetian Threaded or NAILSEA Art Glass Bowl Vase Phoenix Era

Victorian era, art glass flared bowl or vase is blown of a chartreuse green colour with an opal-white Nailsea style pattern. Polished pontil on the low footed base. Some collectors believe this decor is from Phoenix and the patter is called, Venetian Threaded. There is also the possibility it could from an English or Bohemian glasshouse. The base is 2-7/8 diameter.
