Victorian Cranberry Art Glass Epergne. Ffled rim bowl fitted with a tall center trumpet vase. And six trumpet-form canes, each with spiraling ribbon decoration. And ending with ruffled rim. A manufacturing imperfection on edge of base/bowl. Can be seen clearly in the last photo. Can also be picked up. I have given due diligence to the research.
